My Approach

Christine’s approach to therapy includes Somatic-Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Compassion-Focused therapy, and Nervous System Informed Therapy. She is also a Certified Yoga Therapist so she’s able to integrate the ancient tools of yoga into her work with you if you are interested; breath practices, gentle movement linked with breath, meditation, and visualization. The breath is the gateway to the central nervous system--calming and strengthening it is the key to reducing anxiety and healing trauma. This body-based approach ensures that while you talk through challenges, you are also physically recalibrating the nervous system.

Working with others on their healing journey is Christine’s life passion. She will start by building a strong, supportive relationship; warmth, compassion, and respect are at the very heart of her work. Your sessions with Christine will be tailored to fit your specific needs. She understands that seeking help can be difficult and it takes courage to take that first step. She will be honored to join you on your healing journey towards a more joyful life.
