My Approach
I work with concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, grief and loss, life transitions, reproductive challenges (including infertility and pregnancy loss), women’s health, immigration experiences, and relationship difficulties.
My practice integrates neuroscience-informed, cognitive-behavioral, somatic, and polyvagal approaches to support nervous system regulation and overall wellbeing. I take a holistic perspective, recognizing that mental health is interconnected with physical health, lifestyle, relationships, and cultural contexts. Through this lens, I help clients develop greater grounding within themselves and deeper attunement and connection in their relationships.
Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, and are looking for a space to better understand themselves and find a way forward.
I welcome clients from all backgrounds and identities, offering a supportive and collaborative space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. Together, we will work toward making sense of your story, easing emotional pain, and creating a life that feels more balanced, connected, and true to who you are.
If you feel ready to take the next step, I invite you to reach out to schedule a consultation.
