My Approach
My therapeutic approach is multicultural, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s needs, drawing from Humanistic, Emotionally Focused, and Cognitive Behavioral therapies. I am especially attuned to the experiences of Latino clients, including cultural differences, language barriers, and the emotional impact of being far from family and home. I offer therapy in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Lilian offers culturally responsive therapy to individuals and couples facing emotional, relational, and life-transition challenges. She supports clients dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, insomnia, body image concerns, and the stress that often accompanies major changes such as career transitions, relationship shifts, and aging. She also provides a supportive, understanding space for people navigating reproductive challenges, including infertility and pregnancy loss.
